Tuition

 

Tuition for the 2018-2019 school year is:

2 year old program 1 DAY - $140 per 10 wk session

3 year old program 2 DAYS (2 1/2 hr) - $160 per month

3 year old program 3 DAYS (2 1/2 hr) - $195 per month

4 year old program 3 DAYS (2 1/2 hr) - $195 per month

4 year old program 3 DAYS (3 hr) - $230 per month

Jump Start program 5 DAYS (3 hr) - $320 per month

Jump Start program 4 DAYS (2 1/2 hr) - $240 per month


TUITION POLICY

Tuition is due on the first (1st) of each month. If tuition is received after the tenth (10th) of the month, there will be a $10.00 late fee. Tuition payments reflect the total program cost divided into 10 equal payments. Tuition is not pro-rated for holidays, snow-days, vacations, cancellations, absences or withdrawals.

A registration/activity fee of $45.00 is payable upon receipt of completed registration forms. This fee is non-refundable. The June tuition payment is also due upon registration. If you should withdraw your child from the program before August 1st, prior to the start of the school year, your June tuition will be refunded.

If you should withdraw your child AFTER August 1st, your June tuition WILL NOT be refunded, as this is considered your 30 day notice, prior to the start of school.

If for any reason your tuition payment check is returned from the bank, you are required to pay the bank fee we incur. Immediate payment of both tuition and bank fee by cash, money order or certified check will be required. If you write two checks during the school year that are returned to us for any reason we will require the remainder of the monthly tuition payments be made in CASH or MONEY ORDER ONLY! You will still be required to pay the bank charges imposed on our account for your returned check.

Please see the Director if you have difficulty making a tuition payment. Special arrangements must be made with the Director and the Board of Directors in order for your child to continue in the program. If your tuition payment should be more than 60 days in arrears, you must meet with the Director and the Pastor within two weeks to discuss the reasons for the arrearage and the plan to rectify the situation. Should you fail to meet these requirements, your child will be dismissed from the program.

The tuition payment in September will be due when school begins. Tuition payments thereafter are due on the 1st of each month. All payments should be either check or money order made payable to Helping Hands Christian Pre-School.

WITHDRAWAL & REFUND POLICY

You are required to notify the Director of our program, in writing, at least 30 days prior to withdrawing your child. We will apply your June tuition payment for the 30 days notice. If you should withdraw your child from the program without giving at least 30 days notice, no refund will be given for the June tuition. This allows us the opportunity to keep classes full and fees as low as possible
